Products
Our treats are a natural, single ingredient product. Size, weight, colour, texture and shape vary from piece to piece, and product photography is indicative only. We describe our products as accurately as we can, but a natural product will never be uniform.
Our products are treats for dogs. They are not a complete food and should be fed as part of a balanced diet. Always supervise your dog while chewing and provide fresh drinking water. We are not able to give veterinary advice. If you have concerns about whether a product suits your dog, please speak with your vet.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price has been listed incorrectly, and if we do we will refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Shipping is added at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
Delivery
We ship within Australia only. Delivery timeframes given on this site are estimates, not guarantees, and once a parcel is with the carrier its progress is out of our hands. Full details are on our Shipping page.
Returns
See our Refund and Returns Policy. In short: if something arrives damaged, incorrect or not of acceptable quality, tell us within 14 days and we will make it right. Because our products are a consumable food item, we cannot accept change of mind returns.
Your account
If you create an account, keep your login details to yourself and let us know if you think someone else has access to them.
Our content
The text, photographs, branding and design on this site belong to Ollie’s Pawtry. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking us first.
Liability
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Beyond those guarantees, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to replacing it or refunding what you paid for it.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the moment you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory.
