Where we ship
We ship anywhere in Australia. We do not currently ship overseas.
Shipping rates
Shipping is worked out at checkout, based on the satchel your order fits into.

Free shipping over $99
Spend $99 or more in a single order and standard shipping is on us, anywhere in Australia. Express is still available at the rates above.
Dispatch and delivery
We know your fur ball can’t wait to get their paws on our treats. Order before 7pm and we will usually have it on its way the next day. At the very latest, your order is dispatched within 2 business days.
Everything is sent with Australia Post. Once your parcel is with them, delivery timeframes are theirs and vary depending on where you are. Express is quicker than standard, but Australia Post does not guarantee delivery times.
Local to Canberra? Skip the post entirely. Pickup is free and very welcome, details just below.
Local pickup in Canberra

Choose Local pickup at checkout and pop your preferred day in the order notes. We will message you to confirm a time and send you the pickup address.
Pickup is generally available weekdays between 6pm and 8pm, and is by arrangement only. Please lock in a time with us before heading over.
